Received notification from STARFLEET Marine Corps Academy instructors that I successfully completed the Marine Basic Training exam (PD-10) with Distinction. This is the first step in the Personal Development track of courses, so now it is on to PD-12, the Marine Essential Task List.

So, if I read the reg’s correctly, I should be awarded the Initial Entry Training Award, and my ribbon rack should soon look like the following:

I am still waiting for my STARFLEET membership renewal to be processed, but I have decided that I will enroll in the STARFLEET Marine Corps for this tour.

Although this is a much smaller group of folks than the naval aspect of SFI, it seems like there are some motivated people involved in this part of it.
